EICR Electrical Installation Condition Reports Surrey & South west London

Electrical installations can become damaged over time, & it is important to ensure your wiring is safe at regular intervals. Old or faulty wiring can cause frequent nuisance tripping and at worst a fatal shock or fire!

 

Simply Electrical recommends that an EICR is carried out every 10 years for an owner occupied dwelling and five years or change of tenancy for rental properties​
